本研究基于高通量Illumina测序数据，完成了心形水车前（Ottelia cordata）完整叶绿体基因组的组装与特征解析。此外，还分别对该基因组的简单序列重复（Simple Sequence Repeats, SSR）、长重复序列、密码子使用偏好性以及系统发育树进行了鉴定与分析。
