Exon capture dataset of brachyotis group rock-wallabies (genus Petrogale)

This study used modern museum samples and museum skin (historical) samples to evaluate population genomics of four sympatric and parapatric species across the monsoonal tropics of Australia. Demographic inference and population genetic statistics were evaluated to understand their divergence histories.

本研究借助现代馆藏样本与馆藏皮肤标本（历史标本），对澳大利亚季风热带区域内4种同域分布（sympatric）与邻域分布（parapatric）物种的种群基因组学特征进行评估。通过种群历史推断与群体遗传统计分析，解析这些物种的分化演化历史。
