Computational Fluid Dynamics and Fluid-Structure Interaction is performed using ADINA 9.2 (http://www.adina.com). The 900-node version is used for academic teaching and research and is available from the vendor http://www.adina.com/n900.shtmlWe provide the reader with the ready-to-run case as explained in the attached manuscript from the Biomechanics and Modeling in Mechanobiology. The use of this case (for demonstration, research or teaching, or commercial use etc.) is possible by right attribution to the authors by citing the publication: Wald, S., Liberzon, A., and Avrahami, I., "A numerical study of the hemodynamic effect of the aortic valve on coronary flow", Biomechanics and Modeling in Mechanobiology, (2017). How to use the attached CFD-FSI model:1. Open ADINA-AUI2. Load .IN file - two DAT files are created automatically. 3. To run: Solution > Run FSI > Start. 附随的CFD-FSI模型使用方法如下:
1. 打开ADINA-AUI软件
2. 加载.IN格式文件,系统将自动生成两个DAT格式文件
3. 启动计算:依次点击菜单栏「Solution > Run FSI > Start」,浏览选择DAT文件(按住Ctrl键可同时选中两个文件)后点击「START」即可
