Gene expression profile of CRC-derived HILEC

HILEC from CRC tissues isolated from human patients underwent RNA sequencing to define their expression profile by comparison with healthy cells. Overall design: Human Intestinal Lymphatic Endothelial cells (HILEC) were isolated from colorectal cancers. HILEC were sorted for lymphatic-specific markers (podoplanin) and then were expanded to collect at least 1*10^6 cells. RNA was extracted for sequencing.

总体实验设计：研究人员从结直肠癌组织中分离得到人肠道淋巴内皮细胞（HILEC），通过淋巴特异性标志物平足蛋白（podoplanin）进行细胞分选，随后将细胞扩增至至少1×10^6个，提取RNA用于测序。
