Whole genome sequencing Confluentimicrobium lipolyticum CECT 8621, type strain

Confluentimicrobium lipolyticum is a member of the family Rhodobacteraceae described in 2009 by Harwati et al (Park, S. et al., 2014). Genome sequencing of Confluentimicrobium lipolyticum CECT 8621, type strain, was done using the Illumina Miseq system by the Central Service of Support to Experimental Research (SCSIE) of the University of Valencia (Spain).
