根据《1919-1970黄河流域水文特征值统计》白本数字化整理出黄河中游下段（龙门至三门峡水库）黄河干流水位站点逐年降水量特征值统计表，收集整理1919-1970年黄河流域下游区黄河干流水文站点水文特征值统计资料，人工数字化获得。
This dataset is compiled through two parts of work: 1) Digitally processing the original print edition of *Statistics of Hydrological Characteristic Values of the Yellow River Basin (1919–1970)* to develop the annual statistical table of precipitation characteristic values for mainstream water level stations in the lower-middle reaches of the Yellow River (from Longmen to the Sanmenxia Reservoir); 2) Collecting and organizing the statistical data of hydrological characteristic values from mainstream hydrological stations in the lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin during 1919–1970. All the data were obtained via manual digitization.
