To explore the mechanisms of action of Caspofungin Acetate, Tegaserod Maleate and Dichlorophen on Escherichia coli, the global gene transcription profiles of Escherichia coli MG1655 strain treated by Caspofungin Acetate, Tegaserod Maleate and Dichlorophen, respectively, were determined by RNA-seq analysis.

为探究醋酸卡泊芬净(Caspofungin Acetate)、马来酸替加色罗(Tegaserod Maleate)及二氯酚(Dichlorophen)对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)的作用机制,本研究通过RNA测序(RNA-seq)分析,分别测定了分别经上述三种试剂处理的大肠杆菌MG1655菌株的全基因转录组谱。
