柳树WOX基因家族分析

该数据是林木次生生长的分子调控和环境胁迫机制项目论文，数据内容是柳树WOX基因家族分析。WOX转录因子家族通过调控干细胞命运调节植物不同发育过程。本研究系统鉴定和分析了柳树WOX基因家族，共鉴定到15个成员，并对其组织特异性和再生过程中的表达模式进行了分析，对于在柳树中开展干细胞研究具有重要意义。

This dataset is derived from a paper under the project of molecular regulation and environmental stress tolerance mechanisms of secondary forest growth in woody plants, focusing on the analysis of the WOX gene family in willow. The WOX transcription factor family regulates various plant developmental processes by modulating stem cell fate. In this study, we systematically identified and analyzed the WOX gene family in willow, with a total of 15 members being discovered. We further investigated their tissue-specific expression patterns and expression profiles during the regeneration process, which is of great significance for conducting stem cell-related research in willow.
