为阐明Dyrk2基因敲除(Dyrk2-/-)小鼠发育异常的潜在分子机制,我们对野生型与Dyrk2-/-胚胎来源的小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞(Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts, MEFs)开展了全基因组RNA测序分析。实验整体设计:我们针对经100 nM SAG处理24小时的野生型及Dyrk2-/- MEFs,以及经靶向Dyrk2的小干扰RNA(siDyrk2)或阴性对照小干扰RNA(siNegative, siNeg)处理并在100 nM SAG存在条件下培养24小时的MEFs的RNA测序数据,进行了基因表达谱分析。
