针对大气异常对卫星导航系统观测数据影响分析的需求,研究了基于康奈尔模型的大气异常对卫星观测数据影响模型、以及基于实测总电子含量(TEC)数据的康奈尔模型参数估计算法,以固定测站位置为观测基准,仿真了大气正常下的卫星观测数据以及受大气异常影响的卫星观测数据,并按照卫星导航标准观测数据文件格式RINEX3.04保存观测仿真数据。该方法仿真生成的观测数据可用于大气异常下的卫星导航服务性能评估。本数据集仿真模拟了2021年5月14日温州至珠海航班(CDG1197航班)卫星观测数据,数据包含每个观测时刻的时间、可见卫星数,以及各可见卫星的伪距、载噪比。
To address the requirement of analyzing the impacts of atmospheric anomalies on observation data from satellite navigation systems, this study developed an atmospheric anomaly impact model for satellite observation data based on the Cornell model, as well as a Cornell model parameter estimation algorithm using measured total electron content (TEC) data. Taking fixed station positions as the observation reference, we simulated satellite observation data under normal atmospheric conditions and those affected by atmospheric anomalies, then saved the simulated observation data in the RINEX3.04 format, which is the standard file format for satellite navigation observation data. The observation data generated by this method can be used to evaluate the service performance of satellite navigation under atmospheric anomalies. This dataset simulates the satellite observation data of flight CDG1197 traveling from Wenzhou to Zhuhai on May 14, 2021. The data includes the timestamp at each observation epoch, the number of visible satellites, as well as the pseudorange and carrier-to-noise ratio of each visible satellite.
