In this study, we investigated the ileum content microbiota and metabolome and their relationships with host epithelial mucosa transcriptome in meat rabbits reared in forest (RF) and in cage (RC) aiming to elucidate the mechanisms involved in ileal adaption to forest rearing condition.

本研究以林下养殖（RF）与笼养（RC）肉兔为研究对象，对其回肠内容物微生物群（microbiota）、代谢组（metabolome），以及二者与宿主上皮黏膜转录组（transcriptome）的关联展开探究，旨在阐明肉兔回肠对林下养殖环境的适应机制。
