Action-Based Conversational Dataset (ABCD) is a fully annotated goal-oriented conversational dataset. It comprises over 10,000 human-to-human conversations covering 55 distinct user intents, and requires unique dialogue strategy-constrained action sequences to achieve successful task completion. This dataset is designed to facilitate research on customer service conversational systems in more realistic real-world scenarios.
