Dataset and Source Code Related to Risk Identification Using a Hybrid Model of BERT-IndoBERT with Random Forest

This source contains a dataset of user feedback reviews that were collected through a crawling process at the Google Play Store. ISP management has manually labeled the data to make it more strategic and meet company needs. The data was collected from user feedback reviews between March 4th and 15th, 2024, and only reviews with a rating between 1 and 3 were scraped.本数据集涵盖通过爬虫流程从谷歌应用商店（Google Play Store）采集的用户反馈评论。互联网服务提供商（ISP）运营团队已对该数据进行人工标注，以提升其战略适配性并契合企业业务需求。本次数据采集的时间范围为2024年3月4日至15日，且仅抓取了评分介于1至3分之间的用户评论。
