Bacillus cereus is a Gram-positive, rod-shaped, spore-forming bacterium commonly found in soil, food, and the environment. It is also one of the most important microorganisms for enzyme production, as it produces heat-stable amylase, protease, and gelatinase enzymes. The objective of this study was to explore the presence of various enzyme-related genes in SBI_SS06_AR_BD isolated from the soil of BSCIC Tannery industrial State, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh for potential future industrial applications.

蜡样芽孢杆菌（Bacillus cereus）是一类革兰氏阳性、杆状且产芽孢的细菌，广泛分布于土壤、食品及自然环境中。同时，它也是酶生产领域最为重要的微生物之一，可合成耐热淀粉酶、蛋白酶与明胶酶。本研究旨在探究从孟加拉国达卡市萨瓦地区BSCIC制革工业区土壤中分离得到的SBI_SS06_AR_BD菌株中各类酶相关基因的存在情况，以期为其未来潜在的工业应用提供支撑。
