Distribution of potato viruses in Russia

Potato plants are affected by multiple viruses that differ in their genetic diversity and geographic distribution. Using high-throughput sequencing, we investigated the distribution and genetic variability of potato viruses across five federal districts of Russia. This project integrates studies of different potato viruses to better understand their epidemiology, evolution, and impact on potato production.

马铃薯植株可被多种病毒侵染，这些病毒的遗传多样性与地理分布各不相同。本研究依托高通量测序（high-throughput sequencing）技术，对俄罗斯五个联邦管区内马铃薯病毒的分布格局及遗传变异特征开展了系统调查。本项目整合了针对各类马铃薯病毒的相关研究，旨在更全面地阐明其流行病学规律、演化进程以及对马铃薯生产造成的影响。
