Additional file 10: Table S9. Genes differentially expressed between control ovotestes at 36 °C and ovotestes from the early developmental switch regime up-switched from 28 °C to 36 °C sampled at stage 9. A log-fold change cut-off of − 1 to 1 and P-value cut-off of 0.01 was applied. The “direction” column indicates genes that were upregulated in the up-switched ovotestes compared with control ovotestes (negative log-fold changes), and those that were upregulated in the control ovotestes compared with up-switched ovotestes (positive log-fold changes).
补充文件10:表S9。本表格收录了36℃环境下的对照组卵睾体(ovotestis)与经早期发育转换处理(从28℃上调至36℃)且于第9期采样的卵睾体之间的差异表达基因。分析过程中设置了-1至1的对数倍数变化(log-fold change)截断阈值,以及0.01的P值(P-value)截断阈值。其中"direction"列用于标注两类差异基因:一类为转换组卵睾体相较于对照组卵睾体上调的基因(对应负对数倍数变化值),另一类为对照组卵睾体相较于转换组卵睾体上调的基因(对应正对数倍数变化值)。
