Simulated phenotypes and markers applied to splitting methods of validation sets based on entropy and mutual information

The file "pheno_tbv.txt" contains the individuals' code, phenotype and true breeding value for simulated data.<br>The file "markers.txt" contains all the markers coded as 0, 1 or 2 in the columns and individuals in the rows for simulated data.
