First report of Alternaria alternata associated with the seed of Asafetida (Ferula assa-foetida L.). Alternaria alternata isolate:A913

The aim of this study was to isolation and identification of fungi associated with Asafetida (Ferula assa-foetida L.) seeds. This is the first report of Alternaria alternata associated with the seed of Asafetida (Ferula assa-foetida L.). Seed infected by A. alternate caused a reduction in germination, seedling vigor, and quality seed.

本研究旨在分离并鉴定与阿魏（Asafetida, Ferula assa-foetida L.）种子相关的真菌。本研究首次报道了与阿魏种子相关的链格孢（Alternaria alternata）。受该链格孢侵染的种子会导致发芽率、幼苗活力及种子品质均出现下降。
