To describe the epidemiology, accessory genomes, and phylogenetic relationship of carbapenemase-producing K. pneumoniae non-ST307 and representative ST307 isolates based on the AMR genes, virulence genes, chromosomal recombination, capsular polysaccharide locus diversity, pan-genomes, plasmids, and phage dynamics using whole genome sequence analysis. Understanding the population genomic structure of carbapenemase-producing K. pneumoniae through whole genome sequencing (WGS) of isolates obtained from colonised patients and those presenting with UTIs will provide insight into the advancement in therapeutic, management and control processes against K. pneumoniae infections.

本数据集旨在通过全基因组序列分析,基于抗菌药物耐药基因 (antimicrobial resistance genes)、毒力基因 (virulence genes)、染色体重组 (chromosomal recombination)、荚膜多糖位点 (capsular polysaccharide locus) 多样性、泛基因组 (pan-genomes)、质粒 (plasmids) 及噬菌体动态 (phage dynamics) 特征,解析非ST307产碳青霉烯酶肺炎克雷伯菌 (carbapenemase-producing K. pneumoniae) 与代表性ST307分离株的流行病学特征、附属基因组及系统发育关系。通过对定植患者及尿路感染 (Urinary Tract Infections,UTIs) 患者来源的分离株开展全基因组测序 (Whole Genome Sequencing,WGS),解析产碳青霉烯酶肺炎克雷伯菌的群体基因组结构,可为该菌感染的诊疗、管理与防控工作的优化提供理论参考。
