16S rRNA sequences with annotated taxonomy and sample site

16S rRNA amplicons were sequenced by GATC-Biotech (Eurofins Genomics), Sanger sequencing (ABI 3730xl DNA analysis systems). Excel file supplement sequences with their taxonomy and respective sample site (water treatment plant).

本研究中的16S核糖体RNA扩增子（16S rRNA amplicons）由GATC-Biotech（Eurofins Genomics）采用桑格测序（Sanger sequencing）技术，依托ABI 3730xl型DNA分析系统完成测序。配套Excel文件收录了各序列的分类学信息及其对应的采样位点（污水处理厂）。
