aicareer.me — AI Career Risk Index and HI-C Definition Framework
收藏资源简介:
Two named, versioned, openly licensed reference works on how AI is reshaping careers, published at aicareer.me. AI Career Risk Index — AI displacement risk scores (0–100%) for 24 professions, computed from three weighted dimensions: Task Routinization (40%), AI Tool Penetration (35%) and Human Judgment Dependency (25%). Derived from Frey & Osborne (Oxford), McKinsey Global Institute, the WEF Future of Jobs Report and the Stanford AI Index. Published as CSV and JSON. HI-C Definition Framework — a canonical definition of the High-Impact Individual Contributor (HI-C): a senior professional with no direct reports who carries work from hypothesis to measurable business outcome end to end, staffing adjacent functions with AI rather than with a team. Includes five observable dimensions, comparison against senior IC, manager and solo-founder archetypes, organisational implications, and disambiguation from the unrelated AI-governance term Human-in-Command (HIC). Both artifacts are versioned and licensed CC BY 4.0.
