Judicialization of health: where are heading the scientific productions to?

In this study are analyzed articles, theses, dissertations and monographs produced in Brazil, in the period from 2009 to 2013. Studies about judicialization of health have increased each year, demonstrating the importance of the topic, looking for ways to understand and point solutions for the problem. This text formally discusses the descriptor 'judicialization of health', making analysis with the results found on 20 studies located from the databases of the Health Virtual Library and Scientific Electronic Library Online. This article provides an overview on the subject and fosters new productions in order to understand the phenomenon of judicialization of health.

本研究分析了2009年至2013年间巴西产出的期刊论文、硕士学位论文、博士学位论文与学术专著。有关健康司法化（judicialization of health）的研究逐年递增，凸显了该议题的重要性，相关研究致力于探索理解该问题并提出解决方案的路径。本文正式围绕“健康司法化”这一主题词展开探讨，并基于从健康虚拟图书馆（Health Virtual Library）与在线科学电子图书馆（Scientific Electronic Library Online）数据库中检索到的20项研究结果开展分析。本文旨在对该主题进行系统综述，并推动后续相关学术研究产出，以深化对健康司法化这一现象的认知。
