This dataset contained all the raw DFT inputs and experimental results files used for the paper "Polarization Doping of Wurtzite III-Nitride Ternary Alloys".本数据集包含了论文《纤锌矿III族氮化物三元合金的极化掺杂 (Polarization Doping of Wurtzite III-Nitride Ternary Alloys)》所使用的全部原始密度泛函理论（Density Functional Theory，DFT）输入文件与实验结果文件。
