Data and code for: How many reefs and seasons does a calibrated coral-bleaching model need? A simulation-based adequacy analysis for the Red Sea

Training table, result files, signed analysis specifications, analysis code (Python) and figure code (R) supporting a simulation-based test of whether a clustered coral-bleaching survey record can train calibrated bleaching probabilities for unsurveyed reefs, applied to the Red Sea training record of catalogue release v3.6 (719 surveys, 30 spatial blocks, 91 block-years). A claims register links every number in the paper to its output file. The record is supplied in two parts: part 1 holds the inputs; part 2 holds the code, specifications, figure scripts, claims register and evidence maps. Files are restricted during peer review and will be opened at acceptance (code: MIT; data: CC BY 4.0).
