Method of applying protective coating on composite combustible material， including creation of substrate layer and main protective coating of two layers of varnish EP-5123 by means of pulverization for 8–12??s， wherein to create a substrate， the combustible material is treated with acetone by dipping in a solvent with exposure for not more than 1??s， followed by drying for 1.5–2.5 hours.
