Single cell analysis of the olfactory epithelia

Single cell RNA-Seq experiment was conducted using mouse olfactory epithelia at E18.5, P14, and adult stage to study the gene expression in different cell types, including olfactory sensory neurons and their progenitor cells. 3 single cell libraries from E18.5, P14, and adult.

本研究采用单细胞RNA测序（single cell RNA-Seq）技术，对处于胚胎发育第18.5天（E18.5）、出生后第14天（P14）及成年阶段的小鼠嗅上皮（mouse olfactory epithelia）开展实验，以探究包括嗅觉感觉神经元（olfactory sensory neurons）及其祖细胞（progenitor cells）在内的不同细胞类型的基因表达情况。本实验共构建3个单细胞文库（single cell libraries），分别对应E18.5、P14及成年阶段的样本。
