Bacteroidaceae bacterium HV4-6-C5C Genome sequencing and assembly

A new Bacteoridaceae bacterium, strain HV4-6-C5C, participating in the anaerobic digestion of crop biomass, was isolated from a mesophilic two-stage laboratory-scale leach-bed biogas reactor system. The sequencing of its genome using Illumina NextSeq 500 technology has allowed to determine the accurate taxonomic position of the isolate and to shed light on its functional role.

一株参与作物生物质厌氧消化的拟杆菌科（Bacteoridaceae）新型细菌菌株HV4-6-C5C，分离自中温两阶段实验室规模渗滤床沼气反应器系统。采用Illumina NextSeq 500技术对其基因组进行测序，得以明确该分离菌株的精准分类学地位，并阐明其功能作用。
