Patient and section data accompanying Pediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease dataset. In Cell Image Library

The dataset consists of 951 tissue section scans taken from 167 H&E-stained whole slides from 18 pediatric inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) patients. Slide section scans are provided as-is without any initial image pre-processing, normalization, or cropping. Labels are provided at the patient, slide (anatomic site), and section (tissue slice) levels. Each slide is labelled with biopsy site and normal or abnormal classification per the surgical pathology report. Each tissue section scan from an abnormal slide is further classified as normal or abnormal by pathologist.

该数据集包含来自18例儿童炎症性肠病（pediatric inflammatory bowel disease, IBD）患者的167张苏木精-伊红染色（H&E-stained）全切片（whole slide）的951张组织切片扫描图像（tissue section scan）。切片扫描图像原样提供，未经过任何初始图像预处理（image pre-processing）、归一化（normalization）或裁剪（cropping）操作。标签提供于患者、切片（解剖部位）及组织切片（tissue slice）三个层级。每张切片均根据外科病理报告（surgical pathology report）标注活检部位（biopsy site）及正常/异常分类。来自异常切片的每张组织切片扫描图像由病理学家（pathologist）进一步分类为正常或异常。
