Visualization methods: Nikon Eclipse fluorescence inverted microscope equipped with a charge-coupled device camera (Andor Neo sCMOS), using filter sets for DAPI/ YGFP/TRITC/CY GFP with an objective lens (Plan Apo VC 100x, Nikon). Captured with 100x magnification of the objective and a pixel size of 0.07 microns

成像观测方法:采用搭载Andor Neo sCMOS型电荷耦合器件相机的尼康Eclipse倒置荧光显微镜,配备适配DAPI、YGFP、TRITC、CY GFP的滤光片组,搭配平场复消色差VC 100倍物镜(Plan Apo VC 100x,Nikon)。成像过程中使用100倍物镜放大倍率,像素尺寸为0.07微米。
