Psylliodes chrysocephala adult transcriptome

We isolated mRNA from pre-aestivation, aestivation, and post-aestivation Psylliodes chrysocephala adults (lab population) and de novo assembled a transcriptome using Trinity. This served our goal of functionally comparing the transcriptomes of the three adult stages.

我们从处于夏蛰前、夏蛰及夏蛰后三个阶段的实验室种群Psylliodes chrysocephala成虫中提取信使RNA（mRNA），并利用Trinity软件从头组装了转录组，以此实现对这三个成虫阶段转录组进行功能比较的研究目标。
