Stable isotopes, magnesium/calcium-ratios and sea water temperature on planktonic foraminifera of sediment core MD01-2378

AGE follows the GICC05 time scale. To estimate changes of surface and thermocline water structure during MIS 3, we used paired G. ruber and P. obliquiloculata Mg/Ca. For convenience, temperature derived from G. ruber was named 'SST' and P. obliquiloculata Mg/Ca was named 'upper thermocline'.

AGE数据集遵循GICC05时间尺度。为估算海洋同位素阶段3（MIS 3）期间表层与温跃层水体结构的变化，我们采用了成对的红拟抱球虫（G. ruber）和斜室普林虫（P. obliquiloculata）镁钙比值数据。为方便起见，由G. ruber推导的温度被命名为“海表温度（SST）”，而P. obliquiloculata的镁钙比值数据被命名为“上层温跃层”。
