本数据集为双层膜结构色光学器件的相关测试与分析结果。采用多重散射法模拟结构色器件的相关光学特性，利用分波反射法分析其中的共振机理。经电子束蒸发等方法制备的结构色样品后，在不同厚度下，采用角分辨光谱仪等测试的相关光学特性数据。数据集大小5.93MB
This dataset encompasses the test and analysis results for structural color optical devices with a double-layer film structure. Multiple scattering method was utilized to simulate the optical characteristics of these structural color devices, while the partial wave reflection method was applied to analyze their resonance mechanism. Structural color samples prepared via techniques including electron beam evaporation were tested using an angle-resolved spectrometer and other relevant instruments to acquire optical property data at various thicknesses. The total size of this dataset is 5.93 MB.
