本研究通过单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）技术，旨在探究肾素敲除细胞（Reninnull cells）与周围血管平滑肌细胞之间的表达差异。实验整体设计如下：从Ren1c-/-;Myh11-CreERT2;tdTomato;Ren1c-YFP小鼠中分离得到的细胞，根据其红色或黄色荧光信号进行分选与收集；后续采用10× Chromium系统完成本次单细胞RNA测序实验。
