The objective of the present study is to reconstruct the phylogeny of Juglans based on RAD-seq methods, especially focus at Sect. Juglans and Sect. Cardiocaryon, and investigate the phylogenetic position of the Wenwan walnut, J. hopeiensis.

本研究旨在基于限制性位点关联DNA测序（RAD-seq）技术重建胡桃属（Juglans）的系统发育关系，尤其聚焦于胡桃组（Sect. Juglans）与核桃楸组（Sect. Cardiocaryon），并探究文玩核桃——河北胡桃（J. hopeiensis）的系统发育位置。
