In Kane County, IL, parcel polygons do not include individual condominium properties or properties of mixed exclusive (controlled by one or more exclusive owners) and non-exclusive ownership (controlled by an organization representing all of the communal owners). These parcels are represented on the map as one or more large polygons showing all communal condo property for the Cadastral Block represented by the last three digits of the PIN = "000". Since it is by Block, a single -000 parcel may in-fact represent the communal property of multiple condo associations in some denser areas in the county. Overlaying this point layer over the parcel polygons, you will get the full representation of all parcels in the county. Note, the locations of the points should be accurate to the location of the individual building in most cases, but their actual location in relation to other units in the building is unknown.
