Buttiauxella sp. strain A111 shows a stronger bioconversion activity from 2-azahypoxanthine to 2-aza-8-oxohypoxanthine than Burkholderia contaminans strain CH-1. We determined the draft genome sequence of Buttiauxella sp. strain A111, which contributed to the studies of the mechanism of bioconversion.
布蒂亚菌属(Buttiauxella sp.)菌株A111在将2-氮杂次黄嘌呤(2-azahypoxanthine)生物转化为2-氮杂-8-氧代次黄嘌呤(2-aza-8-oxohypoxanthine)的活性上,强于污染伯克霍尔德菌(Burkholderia contaminans)菌株CH-1。本研究测定了布蒂亚菌属菌株A111的草图基因组序列(draft genome sequence),该序列可为生物转化(bioconversion)机制的研究提供重要支撑。
