We studied the effects of loss of UROD in lung cancer progression Overall design: Lewis Lung Carcinoma cells expressing a Scrambled shRNA lentivirus or UROD shRNA were treated with 2ug/ml doxycycline for 4 days to induce shRNA expression. Cells were then processed for RNA Isolation and RNA Sequencing.

本研究旨在探究尿卟啉原脱羧酶（UROD）缺失对肺癌进展的影响。整体实验设计：将表达乱序短发夹RNA（shRNA）或UROD shRNA的刘易斯肺癌细胞以2μg/ml浓度的多西环素（doxycycline）处理4天，以诱导shRNA表达；随后对细胞开展RNA提取与RNA测序。
