Samples of topsoil (0-20cm) were collected during the sorghum flowering period (August 06, 2022). The soil samples were properly stored in the freezer and transported back to the laboratory as soon as possible by using the five-point sampling method. 本数据集的土壤样品于2022年8月6日高粱开花期采集，采样深度为0~20cm表层土壤。采用五点采样法（five-point sampling method）完成样品采集后，将土壤样品妥善储存于低温冰箱，并尽快转运至实验室。随后将样品过2mm孔径筛，去除植物残体、石块等杂质，收集得到根际土壤（rhizosphere soil）。
