We established three sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) enrichment cultures from different paddy soils and compared their metabolism characters under sulfa-containing and sulfate-free conditions using transcriptome analysis. In this manuscript we attempted to assess the function of DsrAB and DsrC during sulfate reducing process in SRB community level and study the metabolism of SRB enrichment cultures influenced by sulfate. We also investigated the corresponding differences in sulfates between different SRB community structures.

我们从不同稻田土壤中构建了3株硫酸盐还原菌(sulfate-reducing bacteria, SRB)富集培养物,并通过转录组分析对比了其在含硫酸盐与无硫酸盐条件下的代谢特征。本研究旨在从SRB群落层面评估DsrAB与DsrC在硫酸盐还原过程中的功能,并探究硫酸盐对SRB富集培养物代谢的影响。此外,我们还考察了不同SRB群落结构之间在硫酸盐代谢相关特征上的相应差异。
