File S1.xlsx from Identification of a sex-determining region potentially involved in resolving genetic conflicts over sex-ratio

This Excel file contains information about each contig analyzed. For each family, the posteriori probability of absence of recombination with the M gene is given, together with the posterior probability of the most likely haplotype frequency, and the read counts. Other columns include the contig name, its length, its inferred genetic distance to the SDR (nrec), whether it is assigned to sex chromosomes, and the heterozygous SNP density on fathers.
