Alignment of partial sequences of the CHD gene located in the Z-chromosome of Gyps fulvus, Milvus migrans and Neophron percnopterusDNA sequences of the CHD-Z fragments of Gyps fulvus, Milvus migrans and Neophron percnopterus used for design of LAMP primers suitable for sex determination. 本数据集包含欧亚秃鹫（Gyps fulvus）、黑鸢（Milvus migrans）与白兀鹫（Neophron percnopterus）Z染色体上CHD基因（CHD gene）部分序列的比对结果，以及用于设计适用于性别鉴定的环介导等温扩增（Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification，LAMP）引物的上述三种鸟类的CHD-Z片段DNA序列。上述序列均通过使用2550F与2718R引物（Fridolfsson & Ellegren 1999）经聚合酶链式反应（Polymerase Chain Reaction，PCR）扩增获取CHD-Z片段后，再经桑格测序（Sanger sequencing）得到。数据集文件名为Centeno-Cuadros_CHD-Z_Accipitridae.fasta
