<b>D</b><b>escription</b><br>A group of mice was trained and tested for memory retrieval 4 weeks after context (C) or context shock (CS) exposure (10 mice per condition). Several mice have also been tested for freezing behavior 30 minutes and 24 hours after exposure to shock (10 and 14 mice, respectively), and compared with basal freezing behavior. The motion of mice was tracked and the percentage of freezing (i.e. percentage of total testing time the mice were recorded as frozen) was calculated using the Video Freeze ® automated monitoring system (Med Associates). The table contains the freezing percentages separated by tested time after exposure and conditioning.<br>

<b>描述</b><br>本实验对每组10只小鼠在情境暴露(context, C)或情境-电击暴露(context shock, CS)4周后开展记忆提取训练与测试。另有部分小鼠在电击暴露后30分钟与24小时时接受了僵住行为(freezing behavior)测试,对应小鼠数量分别为10只与14只,并将测试结果与基础僵住行为水平进行对比。研究人员通过Video Freeze®自动化监测系统(Med Associates)追踪小鼠活动,并计算僵住时长占总测试时长的百分比(即被记录为僵住状态的时长占总测试时长的比例)。本表格收录了按暴露与条件化处理后的测试时间分组的僵住时长百分比数据。
