PYJAR phylogenetic trees

Phylogenetic tree of MRSA and S. Typhi used as an input for the development of rPinecone program. These trees were generated using the joint ancestral state reconstruction algorithm (PYJAR) program.

用于rPinecone程序开发的输入数据包含耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus，MRSA）与伤寒沙门菌（Salmonella Typhi，S. Typhi）的系统发育树。上述系统发育树均通过联合祖先状态重建算法（PYJAR）程序生成。
