Genotype imputation to improve the cost-efficiency of genomic selection in rabbits

Datasets of imputation accuracy, genotype yield, accuracy estimated breeding values, and response to genomic selection. These datasets were obtained from 36 replicates of simulation for each QTN model (QTN_5 = 100; QTN_44 =880), mimicking a selection process for litter size at birth in a single maternal rabbit line.

本数据集涵盖基因型填充（genotype imputation）准确率、基因型分型产量（genotype yield）、估计育种值准确率以及基因组选择响应四项指标。上述数据集源自两类数量性状核苷酸（Quantitative Trait Nucleotide, QTN）模型的各36次重复模拟，其中QTN_5模型包含100个QTN位点，QTN_44模型包含880个QTN位点，模拟场景为单一母兔品系的出生窝产仔数选择过程。
