Datasets of imputation accuracy, genotype yield, accuracy estimated breeding values, and response to genomic selection. These datasets were obtained from 36 replicates of simulation for each QTN model (QTN_5 = 100; QTN_44 =880), mimicking a selection process for litter size at birth in a single maternal rabbit line.

本数据集涵盖基因型填充(genotype imputation)准确率、基因型分型产量(genotype yield)、估计育种值准确率以及基因组选择响应四项指标。上述数据集源自两类数量性状核苷酸(Quantitative Trait Nucleotide, QTN)模型的各36次重复模拟,其中QTN_5模型包含100个QTN位点,QTN_44模型包含880个QTN位点,模拟场景为单一母兔品系的出生窝产仔数选择过程。
