HybPiper_BLASTx extraction file from the respective Arabidopsis thaliana references

Initially, this gff file was processed by a python script (prepare_hybpiper_gff.py) to add the missing information of the locus name. This file was created by the HybPiper_BLASTx using the reference file of Arabidopsis thaliana. Further, it was used for comparison with Captus and SECAPR.

首先，本GFF文件（General Feature Format）经Python脚本prepare_hybpiper_gff.py处理，以补全其缺失的基因座名称信息。该文件由HybPiper_BLASTx基于拟南芥（Arabidopsis thaliana）参考文件生成。后续，该文件被用于与Captus及SECAPR进行比对分析。
