ABSTRACT The aim of the study was to assess and compare the cardiovascular, ventilatory and metabolic responses of the Incremental Shuttle Walk test (ISWT) and Glittre Activities of Daily Living test (Glittre-ADL test). This is a cross-sectional study with individuals. The functional capacity (FC) was evaluated by distance and peak oxygen consumption (VO2peak) in the ISWT and time spent and VO2 in Glittre-ADL test. Thirty individuals went through 656.67 (CI95%:608.8-704.5) meters at the ISWT and performed the Glittre-ADL test in 2.4 (CI95%:2.2-2.6) minutes. The peak VO2 of the ISWT was 27.8 (CI95%.6-29.9) vs. 22.2 (CI95 .5-24.1) mL×kg−1×min−1 (p<0.001) in the steady state (SS) of the Glittre-ADL test. Correlations between distance traveled in the ISWT and the time spent in Glittre-ADL test, VO2 peak of ISWT and VO2 in SS of Glittre-ADL test and HR at the ISWT peak and at the Glittre-ADL test SS were moderate to high magnitude. The Glittre-ADL test has lower metabolic, cardiovascular and ventilatory responses compared to ISWT, despite correlations between variables.

摘要 本研究旨在评估并对比增量穿梭步行试验(Incremental Shuttle Walk Test,ISWT)与Glittre日常生活活动能力试验(Glittre Activities of Daily Living Test,Glittre-ADL Test)的心血管、呼吸及代谢反应。本研究为一项针对个体的横断面研究。本研究通过增量穿梭步行试验中的步行距离与峰值摄氧量(peak oxygen consumption,VO2peak),以及Glittre日常生活活动能力试验中的完成时长与摄氧量,对受试者的功能容量(Functional Capacity,FC)进行评估。30名受试者在增量穿梭步行试验中完成了656.67米(95%置信区间:608.8~704.5米),在Glittre日常生活活动能力试验中的完成时长为2.4分钟(95%置信区间:2.2~2.6分钟)。增量穿梭步行试验的峰值摄氧量为27.8 mL·kg⁻¹·min⁻¹(95%置信区间:26.6~29.9 mL·kg⁻¹·min⁻¹),而Glittre日常生活活动能力试验稳态(steady state,SS)下的摄氧量为22.2 mL·kg⁻¹·min⁻¹(95%置信区间:23.5~24.1 mL·kg⁻¹·min⁻¹),两组差异具有统计学意义(p<0.001)。增量穿梭步行试验的步行距离与Glittre日常生活活动能力试验的完成时长、增量穿梭步行试验的峰值摄氧量与Glittre日常生活活动能力试验稳态下的摄氧量、增量穿梭步行试验峰值心率(Heart Rate,HR)与Glittre日常生活活动能力试验稳态心率之间的相关性均为中高度水平。尽管两项试验的各变量间存在相关性,但Glittre日常生活活动能力试验的代谢、心血管及呼吸反应均低于增量穿梭步行试验。
