Gallus gallus Transcriptome

miRNAs play an important role in broiler skeletal muscle growth. Our previous study showed that miR-24-3p had significant effects on suppressing the proliferation and promoting the differentiation of chicken myoblasts. The aim of this study is to explore the new target genes of miR-24-3p in chicken. We collected myoblasts of Jinghai yellow chicken and transfected four samples with mimic and other four samples with mimic NC for RNA-seq.

微小RNA（miRNAs）在肉鸡骨骼肌生长中发挥重要调控作用。本团队前期研究表明，miR-24-3p可显著抑制鸡成肌细胞的增殖，并促进其分化。本研究旨在探究鸡体内miR-24-3p的新型靶基因。我们收集了京海黄鸡的成肌细胞，将其中4份样品转染miR-24-3p模拟物（mimic），剩余4份样品转染模拟物阴性对照（mimic NC），随后进行RNA测序（RNA-seq）。
