Le site est localisé dans la commune de Plédran, à 9 kilomètres au sud-ouest de Saint Brieuc, dans les Côtes-d'Armor. Le site couronne l'extrémité du plateau de l'Urne et surplombe les vallées de l'Urne et du Gouet. The Camp de Péran is a 10th century fortification in the village of Plédran, 9 km south-west of Saint Brieuc.
