Microbial diversity in cold seep sediments

16S rRNA genes sequencing to investigate the distribution and biomass of microbial community, particularly the microbes involved in methane metabolism, from sediments of an active cold seep in the mid-Okinawa Trough采用16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）基因测序技术，探究冲绳海槽中部一处活动冷泉沉积物中微生物群落的分布与生物量，尤其是参与甲烷代谢的微生物。
