In this study we generated SMART-seq cDNA libraries from mouse CD8+ OT-I T cells that were stimulated with WT splenocytes loaded with OVA peptide or OVA peptide variants, with or without presence of ITK inhibitor PRN-694 at early time points (0, 30min, 60min, or 120min). Overall design: RNA-seq data of peptide-stimulated OT-I T cells at early time points.

本研究以负载OVA表位肽或OVA表位肽变体的野生型(WT)脾细胞刺激小鼠CD8+ OT-I T细胞,并在添加或不添加ITK抑制剂PRN-694的条件下,于早期时间点(0、30 min、60 min、120 min)构建了SMART测序(SMART-seq)cDNA文库。实验整体设计:本数据集涵盖经表位肽刺激的OT-I T细胞在上述早期时间点的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据。
